Saying “I Can” instead of “I Can’t”

When events in my life cause me to stress, I immediately jump to “I can’t do this. I can’t, I can’t, I can’t.” And yet, each time, I realize I’ve overreacted. All I needed to do was breathe, see clearly and just move past it.

I pose this challenge to you and I today: spend the day saying “I can,” instead of “I can’t.”
Be good to yourselves.
